The Jeffco 500 list is an experiment in super rankings — lists that change week-to-week, not just once a year. Our (also experimental) ranking system looks at a business’s performance and visibility relative to its size as well as to its peers, so that scores are normalized across industries. Note that the employees +/- indicates an increase or decrease in employees over the last 2 weeks. Clicking on the employees +/- column will allow you to re-sort the list based on changes in employee counts over different time intervals.
